No horizon

Internationally recognized for bold metal-produced sculptures that are inspired by the concept of origami, Gerardo Do works with nostalgia and innocence as central themes. His work is an amalgam of allusions to children and their games. It has clear links with the work of Alexander Calder and Jeff Koons. His works have been permanently installed in important North American cities, for example, the work of the Wynn Macau Luxury Resort, or the Los Angeles Pacific Design Center, or the Case Medical Center University Hospital in Cleveland.
